The catamaran Lucia 40 "Leon" in Rogoznica/ Croatia offers with an overall length of 11.73 m space for a maximum of 10 people in 4 cabins.

Contrary to the trend towards more and more aft rigging with self-tacking jib, the Lucia 40 "Leon" in Rogoznica/ Croatia keeps the position of the mast unchanged and continues to have an overlapping genoa only.

Fountaine Pajot builds the hulls of its catamarans using the vacuum­infusion process with a balsa wood core, all in a single continuous mold. In the wave, the Lucia 40 "Leon" in Rogoznica/ Croatia therefore also moves very stiffly with little noticeable twisting. The deck, superstructure and fixed bimini roof are manufactured as individual parts using a complex, double-shell vacuum­injection process, which results in beautiful, homogeneous surfaces on both sides and eliminates the need for additional inner shells.

This catamaran from Fountaine Pajot was launched in June 2015 - and has shaken up the worlds popular 40-cat market. The Lucia 40 offers superb all-around visibility and a spacious cockpit.
